My thoughts: From reading the above in above information you know almond milk is good for you. But how does it taste. My adult children have been fans of almond milk for years. I have wanted to try it but the local store did not carry it. So I have been drinking vanilla silk soy milk ( which I like) . Then a few months ago our local store started selling Silk almond milk and I have been drinking it regularly. I like the vanilla silk almond milk it is sweeter than the regular almond milk so it is good for what I use it for. I use it in my hot and cold coffee drinks and my smoothies. I bought the regular almond milk one time and did not like it has much it did not give my drinks enough flavor. When I use soy milk I prefer it in vanilla also. So if you drink soy milk and want to try almond milk I recommend trying the almond milk in the same flavor that you buy the soy milk.
